On Martin Luther King, Jr day...

Remembering a man gone many years ago, one with wisdom and clarity that we rarely see today. Oddly enough, some people - we could call them "haters" but we'll refer to them instead as the "unenlightened", find negative things to say about Martin Luther King Jr.

People say that race shouldn't be such an issue and I agree. But Dr. King didn't make his mark
by calling out different groups; he called for unity of ALL people. "We must work together as brothers or perish as fools" is an excellent example of that belief. He didn't incite unrest, he advocated for us to work together - with respect.

Hate solves nothing; unity moves mountains.
