"Wow", I told the other half....I'd sure love to have a car like this one day. Even a slightly rusted and banged up, been-around-kind-of-ride, showing the dents and knocks of life over the past seven decades, because if you want to hold out for a pristine version of this automobile, that's going to be big bucks and collector pricing. But this one....it looked solid and venerable, if the engine was good, I wonder how long you could get by with a patina/rat rod sort of vibe on the exterior....?
Yeah, right. This was not the kind of car for people without any vehicle savvy or repair skills. I took a few more pictures and left, thinking one day I'd see something like this turn up for sale and just maybe.....
A week later, this red machine turned up online....for sale. Yup, the same one.

I hope someone buys, restores and loves this car. It's gorgeous just as it is, in my opinion, and to give a girl like that a new lease on life.....someone's going to be pretty darn lucky.
