Welcome, November | Festive Fall Images for Month #11

Cover graphics and autumn images to celebrate the first day of November! Today is 11/1 and I'm scrambling to wrap my brain around the fact that we'll be consuming turkey later this month and that there are only 54 days until Christmas. (yes, I just double checked that fact....did it take you by surprise too??) I'm digressing, however, because really I'm sorting through my files of seasonal cheer to discover some fun pictures for upcoming dates and occasions.

   
In this blog post I'm including a number of images to welcome Month #11, along with some other random graphics which will give you a little sneak peek at what's coming up. There's a list of interesting days and celebrations which lie ahead, courtesy of a site I love, Holidays and Observances, which has everything one needs to know about each day of the year and exactly what to look forward to.






We have the "fall back" thing happening again this year (unfortunately!), because although ending the practice of Daylight Saving Time has been widely talked about, the legislation which *may* officially bring this circus to a close, has not actualy been passed (sob). Unless of course, you are in one the states which has already outlawed DST - if you are, please know we're incredibly jealous, HA HA.
