Patriotic Images and Graphics to Celebrate America | Happy Independence Day, Delmarva

Happy July 4th weekend, Delmarva! Here is a collection of random patriotic and summertime images I've come across this past week - suitable for the holiday or to use any time of the year. To save any of these, just click on the picture to open a new larger version in a separate window and then save to your phone or computer.

While most of these are not mine, if I find any attribution on an image I always include that to give credit to the creator - if none is shown then I was unable to find the origin. Enjoy and share!

July 2nd, 1919 ~ This is a very cool look back at Americans celebrating Independence Day in the 1900's. "Many stores to close Saturday: Many of the stores of Redlands will close tomorrow night to remain closed until Monday morning, that the employees may enjoy a three-day vacation of the Fourth. Petitions were circulated this morning and signed generally by stores other than food product establishments. In these cases it was felt the long closing period would work too great a hardship on the consumers, forcing them to buy for too long a period." See the article here

You may enjoy checking out Yopriceville for excellent, high-quality clip art and images. This is one of my favorite graphic resource websites, offering really great designs in wonderful detail.

Enjoy your holiday and be safe. Happy Fourth of July!!
