World Chocolate Day

There are a variety of dates that have been designated as "Chocolate Day" around the world. The most commonly chosen date is July 7th, referred to as National, International, or World Chocolate Day.

This is one of the four main chocolate holidays which the U.S. National Confectioners Association lists on their calendar, which include:

• Chocolate Day (July 7th)
• National Chocolate Day (observed on both October 28th and December 28th)
• International Chocolate Day (September 13th) coincides with the birth date of Milton S. Hershey, founder of The Hershey Chocolate Company.
