Welcome Summer Solstice: 1st Day of a New Season

Hello there! It's June 20th and we are officially in summer 2024. It's a hot one out there today - many heat warnings across the country to welcome in the season. Below I've included a collection of graphics and images to share, download and post on your social channels. Now, what does summertime mean to you? 😃🌴⛱️

   
I'm excited for warmer nights....okay, not so much the hot days, but I love the nights for late evening walks and strolls on the beach....bonfires....garage parties....car shows and Friday night cruise-ins. It almost seems as if the best things in life happen during the warmer months, doesn't it? 😃💚🌴

Today marks the beginning of the summer solstice, always happening on June 20th or 21st, depending on when the sun is furthest north of the equator. This is also known as the "longest day", when the sun rises the earliest and sets the latest during the entire year.
